Terms and Conditions

Our terms are simple. We provide you a service for a fee contracted between Merlin Cochran DBA ADK.AGENCY and you or your company. Our consulting & marketing services are detailed in your contract. If you have any questions about our services provided or contracts signed please contact us using the links provided on this website or the contract and/or invoices received.

Terms for our hosting are also simple. Our monthly plans are on contract month to month. Our annual plans are discounted when paid in yearly increments. And the contract is year to year.

For either of the before-mentioned monthly or yearly subscriptions, you allow ADK Agency and/or Merlin Cochran to charge you for future payments using the payment method that was initially set up with us at the beginning of your purchase. Should a payment not be processed all subscriptions will terminate at midnight on the renewal date or within 5 days after purchase.

ADK.AGENCY and/or Merlin Cochran expressly reserves the right to deny, cancel, terminate, suspend, lock, or modify access to (or control of) any goods or services (including the right to cancel or transfer any domain name registration) for any reason (as determined by ADK.AGENCY or Merlin Cochran in its sole and absolute discretion.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please feel free to contact us and we will help you in any way we can.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our hosting service after you have tried us for 30 days we will refund your money 110% on your first 30 days. For example, if you paid for our annual Professional Plus plan you would have been charged $299.88 excluding tax. We will refund 11 months for $275 and refund your first month for $30. Refunding you $305.

We do not offer any refunds for our consulting services already provided. However, we will do our best to remediate any issues that you may face.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

If a refund is granted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
